Greetings ! Pleased to see a DXpedition to Bhutan. This would be a ATNO for me and number 331 DX country so I can get on the ARRL DX Honor roll !!! I am in the state of Arizona and work low power , 100 watts , with dipoles so I mostly work CW. PLEASE spend some time trying the USA west coast CW. I know most DX now spend most of the time on FT-8 , but I don’t do that and really want to get the honor roll on CW/ssb anyway !! I have worked Myanmar from this station , so I know it is possible with the DX help. Sorry to say but most DX seem to work the loudest and most obnoxious stations up to 20 or more times !!! I just want 1 contact to make 331 DXCC !
So , PLEASE , give us little pistols a chance !!!
I will try SSB and from my past few Nepal DXped I know it is possible to work 100W North America in good conditions. Leszek A52CI will do CW work – he is good in digging out weak signals…

Heard a good sig coming from A5 Ap 18 but no chance for US contacts because China and Japan. Throughout morning of Ap 19 around 1000 to 1400, signals were good but it was all Europe. From there the prop went downhill and Ap 19-20, we saw callers but never decoded A5. I have never worked Bhutan in 64 yrs on the air so fingers are crossed. Unlike the multiband, multimode seekers, all I’m looking for is one contact on any band., any mode and I’ll be happy. Good luck 73 Ron K3LUE

We do not like duplicate contacts !
